General Membership Information
We offer 3 types of memberships: annual membership, associate membership (for immediate family members at a discounted rate), and life membership
Our membership year runs from October 1st thru September 30th, all members must renew their membership by October 1st to be considered a member on October 1st. Membership does not renewals can be processed at any point during the membership year, you do not have to renew exactly on October 1st.
NOTE: Applications received in-person at the September and October meetings will not be processed prior to the start of the meeting.
Membership Types
- Annual membership – Any adult of good character, interested in the aims and object of the Association, who is eligible to secure a hunting or fishing license.
- Associate membership – An immediate family member of an applicant or a current member. An immediate family member is defined as anyone, over the age of 15, who is eligible to be declared as a ‘dependent’ or ‘exemption’ for income tax purposes
- Life membership – Any member, who has been a member in good standing for the last five years, and has had their 70th birthday shall be granted life membership.
New Members
If you have never been a member of the club before, then your application is an application to become a new member. Between the months of April and October, of the current membership year, new member applications have a reduced fee due to the impending close of the membership year.
To apply to become a new member, either mail a completed membership application (see above) and payment to the address listed on the application or bring the application and payment to a monthly meeting and submit it to the Membership Chair prior to the start of the meeting (NOTE: Applications received in-person at the September and October meetings will not be processed prior to the start of the meeting). Within a week or so you will receive a welcome packet containing a welcome letter, range rules, and a range access card. At this point your membership is probationary with range privileges but no voting privileges. At the next regular monthly meeting, your name will be read to the membership present and voted on for acceptance. Once accepted you are a full member and entitled to all member privileges.
Renewals
The membership year ends on September 30th. On October 1st, unless you have renewed, you will no longer have range access or other member privileges. You do not have to renew prior to, or exactly on October 1st, membership renewals will be processed at any point during the membership year.

To renew, complete the membership form and select renewal. Mail the completed form and payment to the address on the form, within a week you will receive an updated membership card.
NOTE: Renewals are not eligible for the reduced fee, partial year membership rate.
