General membership meetings occur the first Thursday of every month. These meetings are held at the Clubhouse in Sanford and begin at 7:00 PM. These meetings are where general club business is discussed and new members are voted in. They typically last 1-2 hours. These meetings are open to all.
E-Board Meetings are where the Executive Board (President, 1st & 2nd Vice Presidents, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, Recording Secretary, and Committee Chairs) meet to discuss club business. These meetings are held the second Tuesday after the Monthly Meeting and begin at 6:00 PM at the Clubhouse in Sanford. These meetings are restricted to club members and invited parties.
